No little girl can deny a pink smoothie? This is a great after school smoothie for my kiddos. It has calcium, protein, fruit and fat to nourish their bodies. And of course, us adults can enjoy it too! This smoothie can be any flavor- just exchange out strawberries for any fruit you have on hand. Throw it all into a blender and serve.
- 4 ounce of greek yogurt
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup of strawberries (approximately 6-7 strawberries)
- add water, if preference is thinner smoothies (optional)
- Add yogurt, berries and banana
- Blend, pour into your glass and enjoy!
