This is my go to smoothie recipe for 1 reason, it is easy! I usually have spinach, bananas and yogurt on hand, and fresh or frozen fruit (personal favorites in the smoothie are strawberries or peaches). Throw it all into a blender and serve. The smoothie is a family pleaser- not too grassy tasting for the kids and not to sweet for the adults. It is a great way to start the day off with 1 serving of fruit and 1 serving of vegetables.
